Welcome to Moharni Academy at moharniacademy.org. These terms explain the use of our website and purchases made through our store. For questions, contact hello@moharniacademy.org.
Our store is intended for adults purchasing or exploring books with children. Please do not submit a child's personal details through our newsletter or inquiry forms.
Product information and availability
Read each product's description, format, language information and availability before ordering. A preview, planned price or announcement does not mean a book is available to purchase. Products marked as unavailable cannot be ordered through the store.
We aim to describe our books accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. If you notice incorrect or unclear information, please contact us before ordering.
Orders and payment
When ordering, provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the products, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting payment. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges the order; it is not a shipping confirmation. If a problem prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for any item we cannot supply. We will not substitute a different book or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Delivery and order changes
Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout when a product is available to order. Production and transit estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact hello@moharniacademy.org as soon as possible. We will check its processing status and confirm what is possible. A request is not a completed change, cancellation or refund. Once printing has started, stopping production may no longer be possible.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and refund policy explains how to request help with damaged, misprinted or incorrect books and other return or refund requests. Please contact us before sending a book back so we can provide the correct instructions.
Website use and content
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.
Purchasing a physical book does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially distribute its illustrations or text beyond rights provided by applicable law or a separate license. Contact us about permissions or classroom reproduction questions.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Newsletter consent is separate from an ordinary support inquiry or purchase. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. Order and support messages may still be needed to handle a purchase or inquiry.
Your rights and changes to these terms
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an issue arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms and will show the updated date when we do. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing order.
